Thank you for your interest in carrying Pat's original designs.

We welcome new wholesale accounts and have been doing wholesale business for almost 50 years.

Please email your order or if you wish, call if there are any questions.

There is a $300 minimum on your first order.

We will call you for a credit card when the order is complete.

Normal turnaround time is 1 week for in stock items. Please note RUSH orders and we will do our best.

Shipments are sent USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified, and are automatically insured.

Back Orders: We pay First Class shipping on back orders.

Prices subject to change.

Claims:

Damage or shipment claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

Credit towards future orders will be given on returned merchandise with a 15% restocking fee. Discontinued or sale items would have a 30% restocking fee.

Credits not used expire after 2 years.

Care

Sterling silver will tarnish over time. Keep your back stock in our zip-loc bags to retard this.

We will clean and re-card any of our jewelry for $1 each.

"Sunshine" polishing cloths 5"'x 8" are available for $4 each, 2.5" x4" are $1 each.

Custom Work

All earrings can be sold singly, at half the pair price.

Substitutions of beads, ear-wires, chain length, etc. will be a minimum additional charge of $5 handling fee.

We have small and large card options to choose from (shown below).

We generally use either small or large cards depending on item ordered.

If you want us to use just one size card, please let us know.

Please note the back of the cards lists materials.

Bio Cards are available at no charge. Let us know how many you would like.
